WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR MY RETURN?

When you return something to us the refund is based on the payment method you chose for the original order. If you choose to pay with credit/debit card, Touta gift card, or Paypal, the refund will be placed on to the same card or method. This money will usually be received within 2-5 banking days, but can take up to 6 banking days until it is available on your account.

THE PURCHASE DID NOT GO THROUGH, BUT HAS IT MADE A RESERVATION ANYWAY?

A charge in your bank account may rarely occur even if there was an error in the order. In such a case, it will be undone within 1-5 business days.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TOUTA PRODUCT?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, your order cannot be modified or canceled once it is submitted. Because processing occurs so quickly, we are unable to change size, color, quantity, address, etc. We recommend returning the items(s) upon receipt or placing a new order. Read more about Shipping & Order Tracking.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, email Customer Care or call 888-907-6077 and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Private Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.
HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY TOUTA GIFT CARD?
