Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not we made this policy to guide you through the process.
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Our Outlet-store items can be returned within 14 days to outlet stores only and will not be accepted for return in full-price retail stores.
- Sample-sale items are final sale.
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Touta online store.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For gifts purchased on or after November 19, 2017 through December 25, 2017, we gladly accept returns for a full refund through January 31, 2017. For items purchased outside of this time frame, our standard return policy applies.
EXCHANGING BY MAIL
Remember it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and be processed at our store.

If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original credit card will be used. If you live outside the U.S. or wish to use a different form of payment, please contact Customer Care.
When you use PayPal, we will refund your order per our policy, with the following exceptions:
- In-store returns cannot be credited to your PayPal account. You will receive your refund on a Touta Gift Card.
- Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Items returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Touta merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to Touta online store.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Touta will provide a prepaid Fedex or U.S. Postal Service shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Touta Customer Care online or at 888-9076077 between 8 and 8 PM ET.
Touta customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Touta is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
You’ll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a Touta Gift Card per our policies. Once we receive your return Item, we will process your refund within 15 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

You are responsible for the return costs if you choose to make a return.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN THE SAME PARCEL?
Of course you may put items from different orders in the same return parcel. Just be sure to put the return slip for each order in the package, otherwise we cannot register your returns.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Absolutely! You have the same return rights for all items you order from us.
Was the product different than you expected or do you need to change the size? Here you will find information on how to proceed when you have sent back your order or wish to make an exchange. Keep in mind you have 14 days to decide if you want to return your product(s), beginning from the time you receive your package.
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Touta Customer Care online or call us at 888-907-6077 and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Private Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.
