At Touta, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, stains, fragrance, or alteration.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Touta is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
